Jennifer Scruggs is our Office and Shipping Receiving Manger, is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of our company. Jennifer is involved immensely in cleaning, inspecting, and packaging our finished products, customer service, invoicing and ordering supplies and raw materials. Jennifer also helps in the molding department and is one of our consumable’s specialists.
Jennifer has been employed with AccuPad since 2010. Jennifer can do it all and is an important key member of our team!
We are proud to say that Jennifer continued her education past High School and has her degree in math and science. When Jennifer is away from the office, she enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with friends and family, and is an active volunteer at her church along with local community projects.
Brandon “Mudd” Hill is our Assistant Production Manager, Pad Maker and Mold Maker. Mudd is currently serving our country in the Army National Guard and served in Iraq from 2004 to 2005. When he returned home from Iraq he worked as a machinist for one year and was hired at AccuPad in 2006 to 2009. In 2009 he was called back into active duty to serve in Afghanistan. In 2012 he returned home and back to AccuPad, where he continues to serve actively in the Army National Guard. AccuPad is extremely proud of his service to our country and his commitment to AccuPad.
Mudd has been employed with AccuPad from 2006 to 2009 and again in 2012 to present
Mudd has a Technical Automotive Degree from Greenville Technical College, located in Greenville, SC. Mudd is proudly married with two children and is an avid outdoors man who enjoys Hunting, fishing, speed and pretty much anything adrenaline!
Matt Winstead has been employed with AccuPad since 2012
Matt is our Production Manager, Pad Maker, Mold Maker, and our expert on manufacturing our Impression Mats for the Belting Industry. Matt is a very integral part to the success of AccuPad and has been involved with AccuPad since the day he was born!
Matt graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2010, where he received his BS degree in Sports and Entertainment Management. After graduating college, he did an internship at the Golf Association of Pennsylvania., were he was actively involved with managing and organizing all the local Amateur Golfers Tournaments in the Philadelphia PA. area. During his internship, Matt came to realize that South Carolina was his real home and in 2011 he returned to SC. and took a position as Store Manager for Zoe’s kitchen in Columbia SC., where he got his experience of being a manager in a hectic and demanding consumer environment.
Matt is happily married and resides in Greenville SC., where he enjoys playing soccer, mountain climbing, hiking, kayaking, and camping out in the wilderness. Matt also enjoys having a cold beer while tailgating and watching college football games!
Jay Gignac has been employed with Accupad since September of 2020
Jay is an experienced Pad Printing Specialist with over 30 years of knowledge in the Pad Printing industry. Skilled in Pad Printing equipment, Technical Service, Manufacturing, Sales, Team Building, Account Management, and Product Development, Jay has a lot to offer our customers.
Jay has a College Degree in Engineering and Business Management.
And when not providing his service to customers, he actively competes Nationally in Inboard Hydroplane Racing and Regionally in Dwarf Car Racing. If you don’t find him on a racecourse, he’s home enjoying the great outdoors with his wife and his girls (Boxer Dogs).
Terri Boyle has been employed with Accupad since 1991.
Terri is our Engineer, involved with Sales, Marketing, and assisting with daily operations where needed. Terri became co-owner of AccuPad in 2005.
Terri received her BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina in 1985. After college, Terri used her educational background as an engineer for South Carolina Gas & Electric Company, in their fossil fuel division.
Terri is one of the original founders of AccuPad, when the production of pads were actually made from her home.
When Terri is not at AccuPad, she enjoys spending time with her Grandchildren, traveling, cooking, hanging out with friends, and hiking.
Chris Boyle has been employed with AccuPad since 1993
Chris is our CEO, CFO, Sales Manager, Owner Operator, Pad Maker, Pad Molder, Pad Designer, and everything else in between! Chris was AccuPads first full-time employee and became co-owner of AccuPad in 2005.
Chris received his BS Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 1984 and received his M.Ed. in Education from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1988. During his time at the University of South Carolina, he played college baseball for the Gamecocks from 1981-1984, where he participated in the 1981 and 1982 College World Series held in Omaha, Nebraska. In 1982 and 1983 Chris played in the Cape Cod Baseball League for the Cotuit Kettleers, where in 1983, he earned All Star Honors as Catcher for the league.
From 1986-1988 Chris was a Grad Assistant Baseball Coach for the University of Southern Mississippi and from 1989-1992 worked for the University of South Carolina in the Athletic Department, where in 2013 he was inducted into the University of South Carolina Hall of Fame. You can say that Chris is our very own “humble” sports legend!
When not participating with AccuPad’s day to day activities, Chris very much enjoys Golfing, Hunting, Hiking, Snowmobiling, ATV’s, working in his yard while having a couple of beers and going to Pro and College Football games.
Tom currently works aside our production team, manufacturing the many different sizes and shapes of silicone print pads that AccuPad offers.
Toms previous work experience was Project Manager for Thomas “Tom” Winstead has been employed with AccuPad since September 2021.
Born in 1991, from Columbia, SC. Tom graduated in 2012 with a degree BS Physical Education from the College of Charleston SC.
Colite International. Colite is a world leader in full-service sign manufacturing, which services the global market. During Toms tenure at Colite he earned his Project Managing Certificate from PMI in 2020.
When not working at AccuPad, Tom enjoys playing soccer, golf and most of all spending time with his wife and two children.
